HEBEI, April.1, Xinhua - Two respectable men named Jia Wenqi and Jia Haixia, have been working together to plant more than 10,000 trees in 14 years in Hebei province,but one has no arms, the other is blind. Like most of physically challenged people, they are neither rich. But they have made a consensus that they won't cut or sell any tree to deal for money. They just want to leave a forest to the next generation to protect the environment of their hometown.

BEIJING, March 18, Xinhua - Commercial logging of natural forests in key zones will be stopped by 2020 as part of a slew of reform steps to promote ecological progress, Chinese authorities announced late Tuesday.

State plantations are also asked to reduce harvesting from man-made forests for business purposes by 20 percent by 2020, the central government said in an announcement on the reform management of national forest farms and zones.
