YUNNAN, May 20, China.org.cn - Yunnan has been working hard against water pollution in the Dianchi Lake since 2011. A report released by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection last year revealed that pollution in the Dianchi Lake was rated as "severe".

BEIJING, May 18,Xinhuanet - The "1600 Pandas World Tour" will make its next stop in South Korea on May 23.

The "1600 Pandas World Tour" was first launched in 2008 as a collaboration between World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) and French artist Paulo Grangeon.

CHINA, April 28,China Daily - "Amazing", "fantastic", "unprecedented" were but a few of the comments from the audience after the screening of Chinese pioneering wildlife photographer Xi Zhinong's latest documentary Mystery Monkeys of Shangri-La, which tells the story of the snub-nosed monkeys of China's Yunnan province.

Inspired by his encounter with the snub-nosed monkeys of White Horse Snow Mountain in Yunnan province two decades ago, Xi's film brings into focus the status of wild animal conservation in China.
