WASHINGTON, May 20, Xinhua - Giant pandas eat almost nothing but bamboo, but the endangered species appears not to have evolved a gut microbiota to efficiently digest bamboo, a Chinese study said Tuesday.

YUNNAN, May 20, - Yunnan has been working hard against water pollution in the Dianchi Lake since 2011. A report released by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection last year revealed that pollution in the Dianchi Lake was rated as "severe".

The "1600 Pandas World Tour" was first launched in 2008 as a collaboration between World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) and French artist Paulo Grangeon.
