ZHANGJIAKOU, June 23 -- To promote ecology and make a leading breakthrough in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development, a promotion event was held in Zhangjiakou, Hebei province on June 23, 2016. Zhang Jianlong, Administrator of State Forestry Administration of China made a speech at the promotion event. A framework agreement on the promotion was signed by representatives from State Forestry Administration of China and the people's governments of the three provinces.
